DESCRIPTION

Fix-O-Bond is a waterborne Epoxy Resin as replacements over the traditional solvent based coatings. Fix-O-Bond is specially formulated for bonding of old concrete and new concrete, old concrete and old concrete or such structural joint bonding. It complies with ASTM 881 87, TYPE - II.

DIRECTION OF USE

• 1.  The surface to be treated must be cleaned with wire brush, chisel, hard & soft duster etc. very properly and cleaned from all dust, dirt, loose & adhering particles, oil, grease etc.
• 2.  Should be free from stagnant or standing water.
• 3.  Surface to be roughened properly.
• 4.  Both the component A & B to be mixed properly till it achieve uniformity.
• 5.  Over the clean and prepared surface FIX-O-BOND to be applied with brush or roller.
• 6.  After application of FIX-O-BOND fresh concrete to be poured within 1-2 hours. .
