SNF 100+ is a super plasticizing admixture for concrete, mortars and grouts. It breaks down the cement agglomerates and evenly disperses the particles throughout the mix. Thus it ensures efficient use of cement and also maintains the required flow ability and pump ability.
SNF 100+ is brown liquid containing condensates of sulphonated sodium naphthalene formaldehyde. The product dose not contains any chlorides or aggressive chemicals and is non toxic.
It is essential to carry out a preliminary site tests. The product must be added to the mix together with the water and sufficient mixing time provided to ensure even distribution of the admixture throughout the entire batch.100 gm to 500 gm per 50kg bag of cement depending upon the degree of workability desired to select optimum dose.
SNF 100+ in required quantity should be added to the water before mixing with concrete dry mix the flowing effect lasts about 30min.
12 months in manufacturers sealed containers and stored in cool and dry place.
